Finding us.
By car
There is on-street parking at the door. It is a residential street, and in the early afternoon there is usually a space without circling.
When you arrive
The entrance is shop B, at street level with no steps. Ring the bell — if we are in the middle of a treatment, we will open as soon as we can.
By public transport
Carris buses 729, 742 and 760 stop a few minutes' walk away. By train on the Cascais line, get off at Belém and come up by bus or on foot, about twenty-five minutes.
If you arrive early
Come in and wait with us. And if you are running late, call — there is nearly always a way around it, and we would rather know than wonder.

Ajuda sits at the western end of the city, next to Belém and Restelo, and the studio sees clients from all around it — from Alcântara out to the Cascais line and across the river. Rough driving times, outside rush hour.
